## Which GPU clouds accept crypto, and on what terms?

Every row was read on the provider's own docs, billing pages or terms on 29 October 2026. "No ID step documented" means the pages we read describe no ID check, not a promise that the provider never asks. "—" means the pages did not say. Prices are the lowest self-serve on-demand price per GPU-hour we found, with the GPU in brackets; spot and marketplace prices are left out.

## What are the best GPU clouds to rent with crypto?

**Methodology.** Published by GPUwithCrypto (SerpGoat LLC). Every provider is compared on the same criteria, taken from its own public website: crypto accepted on official pages, ID or KYC rules, lowest self-serve on-demand price per GPU-hour, card needed for auto-pay, refund of crypto top-ups, minimum top-up, the date of the check.

## Does a GPU cloud that accepts crypto skip KYC?

No. Accepting crypto and asking for ID are separate rules. RunPod's billing docs say: "Complete any required KYC verification before your first crypto payment." Aethir takes deposits in ATH but asks for KYC before you claim or withdraw it.

Several clouds treat the payment method itself as the identity check. Vultr says a valid payment method "verifies your identity", and DigitalOcean uses payment details the same way. Payment processors such as BitPay and Crypto.com can add checks of their own; the provider pages we read do not describe them.

At GPUwithCrypto, no KYC means no ID, no selfie, no documents and no card. The [acceptable use policy](https://gpuwithcrypto.com/acceptable-use/ "Acceptable use policy") still applies, and Incoming payments are checked against public sanctions lists of blockchain addresses; a payment from a listed address is not credited. The [no-KYC GPU cloud page](https://gpuwithcrypto.com/no-kyc-gpu-cloud/ "Is there a GPU cloud with no KYC?") lists who asks for ID and when.

## What happens to crypto you do not spend?

At most GPU clouds, a crypto top-up is gone once it is credited: the "Crypto refundable" column above gives each rule. Two exceptions: Aethir pays out unused ATH after KYC, and io.net returns unused funds as IO Credits, with withdrawals reviewed by hand in 3 to 7 business days. At GPUwithCrypto: Credit on your balance does not expire and buys blocks of GPU-hours for any GPU. When a top-up is only made to reach the minimum, the unspent part comes back on request within 30 days of payment, in USDT or USDC. The rest of a balance is not paid out unless the law requires it.

So size the first top-up to the job; a small first payment tests the whole flow.

## How do I rent a GPU with crypto on GPUwithCrypto?

Get an account number, top up at least $25 in BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC, then start a GPU once the payment is credited. Instances are billed per minute at the hourly rate while they run, from the GPU-hours you bought for that GPU. Stopping an instance stops the charge at once. GPU-hours come in blocks of 10 to 720 hours and never expire.

Every GPU price is on the [pricing page](https://gpuwithcrypto.com/pricing/ "How much does a cloud GPU cost per hour at GPUwithCrypto?"). For an H100 only, see [where to rent an H100 with crypto](https://gpuwithcrypto.com/rent-h100-with-crypto/ "Where can I rent an H100 and pay with crypto?"). The [step-by-step guide](https://gpuwithcrypto.com/guides/rent-a-gpu-for-ai/ "How do I rent a GPU for AI, step by step?") covers SSH and the first job.

## Questions about renting GPUs with crypto

### Can I rent a GPU and pay with crypto?

Yes. 14 of the 33 GPU clouds we checked on 29 October 2026 accept crypto. GPUwithCrypto takes BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC with no ID; RunPod, Vast.ai, Massed Compute, Salad and Spheron also take crypto, each with its own rules.

### Which GPU cloud accepts Bitcoin?

Massed Compute documents Bitcoin through a wallet invoice, and Vultr takes it through BitPay. RunPod and Vast.ai do not name the coins they take. GPUwithCrypto accepts BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC.

### Can I pay for a cloud GPU with USDT or USDC?

Yes. Salad takes USDC and USDT on Solana, Spheron takes USDC on six chains, and io.net takes USDC. The decentralised networks use their own tokens instead: AKT on Akash, RENDER on Render Network, NOS on Nosana. GPUwithCrypto accepts BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC.

### Does paying in crypto mean no KYC?

Not always. RunPod asks for KYC before the first crypto payment, and Aethir before you withdraw unused ATH. GPUwithCrypto asks for no ID, no selfie and no documents.

### Can I get a refund on a crypto GPU top-up?

Rarely. RunPod, Vast.ai, Salad and Render Network do not refund crypto credits, and Aethir pays back unused ATH only after KYC. At GPUwithCrypto, the balance never expires; the [refund policy](https://gpuwithcrypto.com/refunds/ "Refund policy") explains the one case where part of a top-up comes back.
