Quick answer
What should I know before renting a GPU with crypto?
GPUwithCrypto rents on-demand NVIDIA GPUs billed per minute from GPU-hours bought in crypto, with no KYC: no ID, no selfie, no card. As of 29 October 2026 an H100 80GB costs $2.32/hour and an RTX 4090 $0.28/hour, each at least 15% under a named on-demand reference. The minimum top-up is $25, and balance never expires.
Price and billing
How much does it cost to rent an H100 per hour?
An NVIDIA H100 80GB costs $2.32/hour on GPUwithCrypto as of 29 October 2026, billed per minute. According to GPUwithCrypto's price check of that day, the lowest self-serve on-demand price elsewhere was $2.73 at Massed Compute, and the median across 16 providers was $4.16. An H200 costs $3.07/hour, an A100 80GB $0.92/hour and an RTX 4090 $0.28/hour. The pricing page lists every GPU, and the price index shows each reference price.
Is GPU rental billed per minute or per hour?
Per minute, at the hourly rate. Instances are billed per minute at the hourly rate while they run, from the GPU-hours you bought for that GPU. Stopping an instance stops the charge at once. A 90-minute job costs one and a half times the hourly price. An instance you forget to stop keeps using GPU-hours until you stop it or its GPU-hours run out.
What is a block of GPU-hours?
Prepaid GPU time for one GPU model. GPU-hours are sold in blocks of 10, 24, 168 or 720 hours for one GPU model, at the same hourly rate; instances of that GPU draw from them per minute, and unused hours never expire. Buying a block does not start an instance: you start one from the dashboard when that GPU is free. A 24-hour H100 block costs $55.68 and a 10-hour A100 block $9.20.
Is there a free trial?
No. There is no free tier: a 10-hour block is the smallest purchase to try a GPU, and unused hours never expire. The smallest purchase is a 10-hour block; on the RTX 4090 it costs $2.80. Since the minimum top-up is $25, the rest stays on your balance and pays for any other GPU later.
Can I get a refund?
In defined cases. If an instance fails to start, or its GPU does not work and support cannot fix it, the hours it used go back to your balance. Unused GPU-hours and balance never expire. Top-ups are not paid out unless the law requires it; the part added only to reach the minimum top-up comes back on request within 30 days of payment, in USDT or USDC, as long as it is unspent. The refund policy works through examples.
Crypto and no KYC
Can I rent a GPU and pay with crypto?
Yes: crypto is the only way to pay on GPUwithCrypto. You top up a balance in BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC, and it is credited after the network confirmations. There is no card, PayPal or bank transfer option. According to GPUwithCrypto's check of 29 October 2026, 14 of the 33 GPU clouds we checked accept crypto; the comparison of GPU clouds that accept crypto lists them with their coins.
Is there a GPU cloud with no KYC?
Yes: GPUwithCrypto asks for no ID, no selfie, no documents and no card. Sign in with an account number; an email address is optional. Of the 33 GPU clouds we checked on 29 October 2026, 4 ask for ID in some cases, and RunPod asks for KYC before the first crypto payment. The rules still apply to every account. Details on the no-KYC GPU cloud page.
What is the minimum top-up?
The minimum top-up is $25, in any accepted coin. Credit on your balance does not expire and buys blocks of GPU-hours for any GPU. When a top-up is only made to reach the minimum, the unspent part comes back on request within 30 days of payment, in USDT or USDC. The rest of a balance is not paid out unless the law requires it.
Instances, data and API
Are GPUs available right now?
It depends on the GPU and the hour. Stock changes through the day: the dashboard shows which GPUs are free right now, and nothing is charged until an instance starts. Instances are on-demand, not spot: nobody can take your GPU back while your balance covers it, and the instance runs until you stop it. Unused balance and GPU-hours never expire, so nothing is lost while you wait for a busy model.
Do I get root SSH access, and can I use my own Docker image?
Yes. Each instance gives you whole GPUs, never a time-shared slice or a MIG partition. You get root SSH access to Ubuntu with the NVIDIA driver, CUDA and PyTorch installed, or start from your own Docker image. You add your SSH public key in the dashboard; we never see or store your private key. The step-by-step guide shows how to connect and run a first job.
What happens to the data on my instance's disk?
It is yours: we do not read the files on your disk. Every instance has local NVMe disk, sized for its GPU and shown before you start. The disk is wiped when you delete the instance, so copy your checkpoints out first. When the GPU-hours of a GPU run out, its instances stop and their disks are kept; a new block of hours lets you start them again. Keep a margin of GPU-hours during long runs and copy checkpoints out regularly.
Is there an API to start and stop GPUs?
Yes. A REST API starts, stops and lists instances with an API key, so a script or an agent can run jobs without the dashboard. It uses the same balance, the same GPUs and the same per-minute rate as the dashboard, so a training script can start an instance, run its job and stop it.
Rules and countries
Which countries can rent GPUs from GPUwithCrypto?
Most countries, with exceptions set by sanctions and export rules. Not available to people or companies in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, China, Yemen or Western Sahara, or in the occupied regions of Ukraine. Incoming payments are checked against public sanctions lists of blockchain addresses; a payment from a listed address is not credited.
What can I not do with a rented GPU?
No cryptocurrency mining, no password or hash cracking, no attacks on other systems (DDoS, scanning, exploitation), no malware, no spam, no child sexual abuse material, no intimate or deceptive images of real people without their consent, no weapons development and no work for sanctioned people or companies. The acceptable use policy explains each rule. An instance that breaks one is stopped, and the hours it used are not refunded.
